Purchaser responsibility

The purchaser is responsible for confirming product suitability, maintaining proper facilities, following laboratory safety practices, and complying with all federal, state, local, institutional, and carrier requirements.

• Maintain appropriate chain-of-custody, storage, handling, and disposal procedures.
• Prevent access by unauthorized persons, minors, consumers, patients, or animals.
• Do not request or rely on support for dosing, administration, reconstitution, or personal-use guidance.

Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the purchaser agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold the company, its owners, employees, contractors, vendors, and service providers harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, penalties, costs, and expenses arising from purchase, possession, transfer, storage, handling, resale, disposal, misuse, prohibited use, or violation of law.

This obligation survives order completion, account closure, and any later update to website policies.
